Carlton Place
We had confirmation today that Carlton Place has been approved by City Council with 11 units (originally 12). This unfortunately mean that the price per unit will now be R325,000. We are convinced that this is still excellent value for money!There will be NO change in price for clients who already signed. We appologise for any inconvenience caused.
